Suzie Bates has been recalled after injury ruled her out of the Rose Bowl Series in October, but Anna Dodd, who did play, is unavailable for this squad.
The White Ferns face the host nation, world champions Australia and England in a seven-match series which marks the half-way point between World Cup finals.
The squad convenes at Lincoln for a camp involving two 50-over warm-up games against New Zealand A (7 and 9 February) and Australia Youth (11 Feb), before departing for Chennai on 14 February.
